Partial Support of UTF-16 Grapheme (like 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩 or 🇫🇷)

Steps to reproduce:

• Login
• Add / Edit a Task
• Paste a complex grapheme like (🇫🇷)
• See that it only shows the first 🇫 which composes it

Solution (proposed by @cestoliv)

Implement a Intl.Segmenter to find the grapheme (please note the lack of support on Firefox) NOTA : This issue is the same but for the backend.
